Spring / Summer Stretch Feed

First application of professional mini or micro granular lawn fertiliser. This is determined by the condition of the lawn after the cold winter months, we have a modified slow release coating on this feed, developed specifically to allow for longer drought periods which are occurring more often.
We also offer a wetting agent in spring for turf moisture retention. 

At the same time, we apply the first application of lawn weed killer. We are confident that we can stop early weed development. Badly infested lawns may require repeated treatments; however, after the first year, one treatment per annum should suffice.
Second application of lawn weed killer can be applied if necessary (spot weeding is free).

Late Summer /Autumn Treatment 

This time of year, we apply an organic based feed. Our aim is to continue to bring that deep green colour to the grass.

We check for insect problems and fungal disease, and respond accordingly.

Apply further free spot weed control, if needed.

Autumn/Winter Treatment

A very important feed which we apply with a liquid iron product to subdue moss, this feed has a higher potassium content to strengthen the root structure through winter.

An application of nematodes to deal specifically with leather jackets if necessary.
All the treatments above are typical of a yearly plan. It’s not possible to give a set plan for every lawn; every lawn is different and we monitor your lawn conditions and adapt the plan accordingly.
